The following is a copy of a complaint I sent to their corporate office in reguards to their so called service. I could have killed someone or myself. I am still a little afraid of driving this could have happened at any time I thank god it happened the way it did. Please read.

In September of 2009 I went to monro in raynham ma, for an oil change. For the past few months I have been having brake problems and have changed pads rotors etc. I was backing out of my drive way the other day when I went to brake to my complete suprise my brake pedal went right down to the floor and I hit a fence trying to stop my out of control car. So I have the car towed to REAL mechanic and he open the brake fluid cap to find that "someone" topped off the break fluid with anti freeze. As you can imagine this has caused me alot of money in repairs. My Fiance went to the shop to explain what had happened and the manager shrugged his sholders and replied "ahh he got fired".OK we called the corporate office 3 times today and have go not one return call. I understand that this is differcult to prove your negligence but for no reason do I go under my hood to put any fluids in and I know the last person to to off fluids was you former technician. I will never use your company again as will I tell everyone i know this story..

Sad ,but the truth in reality is corporate doesn't care if you ever go back ! They got your money! They will drop you like a hot potato and move on to the next unfortunate customer to shake down!
